Zu den CrossFit-Standard-Einheiten gibt es seit Mitte August zusätzlich eine neue Einheit: CrossFit-Gymnastic. Bei den Gymnastic-Einheiten (=Stärkung und Stabilisation von Rücken-Bauch-Beine-Rumpf-Hintern…) wird zu 90% mit dem eigenen Körpergewicht gearbeitet. Es wird daran gefeilt in Zukunft auch Lift Einheiten anzubieten (=olympisches Gewichtheben).
